HOFFMAN'S ADMITS "YEAH I KILLED THAT GUY" DRAGS EX-GIRLFRIEND INTO HOUSE - SAYS HE'S "IMMUNE" - OFFERS SUICIDE PACK OR LIFE UNDER PROTECTIVE CUSTODY

Kenny Hoffman is sitting in his house a couple miles from where I type - I just left his EX-girlfriend at the State Police Barracks where she is spilling the beans on being held hostage and Kenny admitting to murder. While I am typing the phone rings. It's another source from this case reporting that "Kenny's going berserk" and that he admitted to Brian Musser that he set up Randy Parke and dropped Jeffrey Wallace's body in the Pequea creek. This evening English gave me an on camera interview. She stated that Hoffman has been up for four to five days smoking crack cocaine. When she went to his apartment in Conestoga, Pa to try to help him, he held her hostage for 13 hours, refusing to allow her to leave. When she tried to escape, English stated that Hoffman "yanked me out of the car and dragged me into the apartment. I was kicking and screaming the whole way." During the time she was held hostage, English stated that Hoffman said, "yeah, I killed that guy," referring to the March 2007 murder of Jeffrey Wallace (see "Murder in Paradise" story posted December 2, 2007), and admitted working as a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) confidential informant (CI) to set up his friends, stating, "I took Randy (Parke) down." Hoffman supported our earlier report by proclaiming he is "Immune" (from prosecution). English told me she understood him to mean that he could kill her right then and he could get away with it because he is working for the DEA. At the conclusion of the interview, I walked English into the State Police barracks to meet a Trooper so that she could tell her story. Will the DEA and police finally pull the plug on this run away operative?
